This session will not be easy. This session primarily focuses on one thing, your ability to stay mentally focused, strong and disciplined to sing one rhythmical pattern on one note. It sounds simple, but as you go through this session you will discover staying on task can be overwhelming. Clouds of Cirrus is the opposite of Deep Dive, this session is designed to create pressure on the shorter notes. Clouds of Cirrus will demand your body (our bodies are very resistant to repetition), but if you stick with it, you will receive the rewards. . Remember, the aim of this session is for our mind to have obedience from our body and voice.
This session is useful for developing our pitching and timing when singing short notes in a short space of time. To measure your progress, it would be useful to go back to some of your old songs and try out your new-found skills once mastered here.

In previous sessions, we have been focusing on our inhalation, to expand our air intake. In this session, we are going to create rhythm using our Abdominals and obliques. Try the following:
