Welcome you to The Vocal Workout Volume Two.
This experience promises to be a great time of discovery, fun and building success through your new-found regime. Before we get into the exercises games and singing soundtracks, I want you to understand my mindset in building these workouts for people like you. Working out can be such a tedious and unpleasant process if you do not apply the right mindset, and with the wrong attitude, any exercise can go flat. But it doesn’t have to be boring, so I want everyone who takes part in the vocal workout session to firstly embrace this course as a part of their new lifestyle.
You see when you change your style of approach, you change your result. The more great results you achieve, the greater your chances in forming new positive habits. The more new positive patterns you create, the greater your lifestyle feels. Trust me. You will feel results when you apply the right frame of mind. So please keep an open mind when we go to practice in each session.
People who are starting out (beginners/intermediates) who have a desire to improve their voice. This workout is ideal for choir and ensemble singers who have a desire to find their voice.
